We are the global leader in anti-reflective, conservation grade electrostatic dissipative, high-definition, and abrasion resistance coatings, that provide protection, innovative designs, and exceptional durability.**Position Summary**The Logistics Team Member focuses primarily on order fulfillment, packing, and shipping processes to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries in a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and is committed to maintaining a safe and organized workspace.**Responsibilities*** Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack products based on customer orders to meet shipping deadlines.* Shipping & Distribution: Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling, packing, and coordinating with carriers.* Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized workspace to ensure safe and efficient operations.* Quality Control: Inspect outbound orders for accuracy, ensuring products are damage-free and properly packed.* Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.* Documentation: Complete required paperwork and electronic records related to outbound shipments.**Personal Attributes and Experience*** High school diploma or equivalent required.* Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar environment preferred.* Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.* Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanners is a plus.* Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification preferred.* Excellent teamwork and communication skills.* Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions within the warehouse environment.**Work Environment**May involve standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
