Objectives of this Role Post-closing reviews of commercial, small business, mortgage, and consumer loans for collateral deficiencies. Maintains tracking system for collateral exception items. Generates exception reports, exception item write ups and resolution. Resolves any tax exceptions with Info-Pro and updates paid taxes on Core when reports are received. Create new loan files and labels. Responsible for processing incoming insurance received via mail. Prepare and process all full and partial loan releases. File UCC’s, continuations, and terminations. Assist Senior and Manager with special projects. Essential Functions Ensure proper loan documentation is prepared and obtained for the loan files in accordance with regulatory requirements. Post-closing reviews for all loans. Collateral perfection, maintenance, and lien release. Hazard and flood tracking. Vault and/or examiner audits. Direct contact with the lenders and lender support to obtain and cure exception items as reported. Generate and distribute reports. Internal and external customer service. Create, revise, and update policies and procedures. Must be detail-oriented with good organizational skills. Ability to handle high workload and prioritize multiple tasks to ensure timely completion. Must be a team leader, player and work well with all levels of bank personnel. Must be able to work accurately under time constraints. Adhere to policies for regulatory requirements of the bank. Proficient with mainframe systems as well as complete Microsoft Office products. Strong analytical skills. Ability to pass a background check. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or listen. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
