include ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines. Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end tendering process for Power Transformers. Analyze market intelligence and competitor proposals to shape winning strategies. Collaborate with sales, engineering, and project management to develop compelling proposals. Coordinate proposal submissions to align with internal standards and customer expectations. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement. Mentor junior team members and share best practices. Engage with suppliers and stakeholders to gather critical information and pricing. Your Background
Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in tendering, bids, or proposals management within the energy sector. Proven ability to analyze market data and develop competitive bid strategies. Skilled in managing multiple complex projects and cross-functional teams. Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and proposal development. Demonstrated negotiation expertise with a customer-focused mindset. More About Us
