Position Overview

Hoster Brewing Co. is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and beer‑loving individual to join our production and sales team in a hybrid role that includes sales, logistics, and production support. This position plays a vital role in keeping our beer flowing — from helping in the cellar, to delivering fresh kegs, to maintaining strong relationships with our draft accounts. You’ll spend part of your week working hands‑on in the brewery, and part of it out in the community representing our brand. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and comfortable switching between physical work and customer interaction. Key Responsibilities

Sales & Account Management

Act as the face of Hoster to build and maintain strong relationships with bar managers, restaurant owners, and retailers. Actively sell and promote kegs of beer to existing and new draft accounts. Staff special events, such as beer festivals, tap take‑overs, and others. Track sales activity and coordinate with the production team to manage inventory and deliveries. Delivery & Logistics

Safely load, transport, and deliver kegs to local accounts. Handle delivery paperwork and payments as needed. Maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance issues promptly. Cellar & Production Support

Clean and sanitize kegs, tanks, and cellar equipment. Assist with transferring, carbonating, and packaging beer. Perform general facility cleaning and maintenance tasks. Support brewer during production as needed (e.g., grain handling, ingredient prep). Qualifications

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (CDL not required). Ability to lift, move, and stack full kegs (up to 160 lbs with assistance). Self‑motivated with strong communication and customer service skills. Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety. Sales or account management experience preferred, especially in beverage or distribution industries. Brewery or warehouse experience a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person. Passion for craft beer and enthusiasm for representing our brand. Schedule & Compensation

Full-time: 4–5 days per week. Flexible scheduling with a mix of production and delivery/sales days. Seven annual holidays, paid time off, beer perks, and staff discounts.
