Position Summary The Spa Leader will serve as a role model for all technicians, providing outstanding leadership and exceptional customer interactions. This role mentors and coaches the LifeSpa team within their club to help drive financially successful team members and assists the General Manager in ensuring the department meets its overall financial targets.

Job Duties / Responsibilities

Promote LifeSpa to build business through club interaction and social media.

Greets guests in a timely and friendly manner, ensuring a comfortable experience and handling any escalated member issues.

Serve as a positive role model to all team members, fostering a happy work environment.

Lead and mentor the spa team, providing daily supervision, performance feedback, scheduling, timekeeping, pay issues, and ensuring the team is aware of company policies, protocols, and expectations.

Work with the General Manager to scout, interview, and onboard new team members.

Place and receive orders and complete weekly inventory cycle counts.

Drive service and retail awareness through LifeSpa-designed promotions and events.

Position Requirements

High School graduate or equivalent.

Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.

Ability to perform minor lifting.

5 or more years of technical experience.

Strong professional presentation, technical ability, and relationship building skills.

Appropriate State/County/City licenses.

Preferred Qualifications

1 to 2 years of Salon/Spa Leadership experience.
