Full-Time Overview
Praescient Analytics is seeking an experienced
Counter-Narcotics Operations Analyst (SME)
to support a contract with the Narcotics and Transnational Crime Support Center (NTC). The NTC provides operational support to law enforcement and inter-agency partners, focusing on identifying, targeting, disrupting, and degrading high-value transnational organized crime networks threatening US and global security. Key Responsibilities
Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SMEs) in Counternarcotics (CN), Counterterrorism (CT), Counter-Threat Finance (CTF), and Counter transnational Organized Crime (C-TOC). Support interagency processes and provide advice to senior leadership on current CN, CTF, and CTOC developments. Assist in the identification and analysis of transnational investigations, illicit trafficking, narco-terrorist organizations, and money laundering schemes. Integrate threat finance into planning and operational efforts. Minimum Qualifications
12+ years supporting intelligence operations within the US Federal Government. 5+ years of analytical experience in criminal and terrorist finance activities, including network analysis and familiarity with BSA reporting mechanisms. Support experience with law enforcement investigations, evidence preservation, and financial data analysis. Proficiency with geospatial, communication, and data visualization tools such as JWICS, TAC, RMT, Horizon, Google Earth, and Analyst Notebook. Ability to analyze raw financial data, blockchain, and corporate data effectively. Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited university. Additional Qualifications
Experience with cryptocurrency analysis is highly desired. Security Clearance
