The Work Model for the role is Onsite in Richmond, VA. You will be mainly accountable for:
Responsibilities
Lead the execution of small projects with low complexity. Ensure all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. Define and apply basic project scheduling techniques to manage schedule risks proactively. Lead internal and external assigned project execution; support the Service team for spare parts execution and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Plan and execute the monthly Revenue plan in collaboration with stakeholders; monitor and control project progress, resource utilization, and projects. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet customer delivery timelines, including aligning FATs (Factory Acceptance Tests) with clients; identify, qualify, quantify, and manage project risk; pursue opportunities. Collaborate with operations, sales, order entry, after-sales service, applications, and engineering teams; drive process-oriented execution with innovative approaches. Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Electrical engineering (preferred) with a minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing and project management, or relevant expertise; OR Associate degree with minimum 4 years related experience; OR High School diploma / GED with minimum 6 years related experience. Knowledge of medium voltage and/or low voltage switchgear. MS Office and SAP knowledge required. Power Automate and Power BI a plus. Project management methodologies in the data center market a plus. Customer-oriented, team player with excellent collaboration skills and proactive continuous improvement mindset. Strong ability to solve conflicts. Candidates must already have work authorization allowing them to work for ABB in the US. About ABB
