Performs technical and non-technical routine maintenance duties on a wide variety of building and facility equipment fixtures and systems. Repairs a variety of equipment, machines and systems including heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical items used in daily operations. Performs installation of new equipment and parts as necessary. Updates maintenance and repair records as appropriate. Reviews maintenance requests, identifies, recommends, and implements optimum solutions. Performs preventative maintenance inspections and services. Completes work that complies with regulatory codes. Ensures premises are clean and orderly. May include some responsibilities for grounds maintenance. Responsibilities
Inspects, repairs, installs, modifies, and maintains plumbing fixtures in heating, water, and drainage systems. Identifies electrical, plumbing and safety problems and takes corrective action. HVAC tasks including system installation and repair. Troubleshoots control systems. General preventative maintenance and repair on refrigeration and heating equipment. Operates automated control systems and resolves related maintenance requirements. Carpentry including patching, building, repairing structural damage, painting interior/exterior, and wall coverings. Performs rough and finish carpentry for maintenance, repair, alteration, and construction of buildings and equipment. Uses woodworking machines and a variety of hand and power tools. Installs, maintains, and repairs electrical systems, equipment, and components of industrial machinery following codes and diagrams, using tools and testing equipment. Installs power supply wiring and conduit for newly installed machines and equipment. Benefits

High School Diploma or GED 2-year Associate Degree or Technical/Trade School Certificate Verification and Licenses as required (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Certified Service Personnel) Building Maintenance or Engineering certifications may be acceptable Minimum 4 years of experience in building maintenance, construction, or related repair field (experience may substitute education with approval) Analytical and mathematical skills; excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relations skills Ability to handle multiple priorities; read wiring diagrams/blueprints Computer literate and able to perform clerical duties Must obtain a Class III Gaming License Must have or obtain licenses for specialty trades Current Oregon Driver’s License with eligible UIDC Driver’s Program status Maintains neat, clean appearance; adheres to dress code Employment type
