Water Facilities Team Leader

to build and maintain a portfolio of profitable water, wastewater, reuse projects supporting the Kansas Water Services Team. The projects involve study, planning, design, and implementation of treatment facilities for Water and Wastewater. This senior leadership role offers autonomy to manage your own business within Garver, focusing on revenue growth and client service. Project responsibilities may include: Water conveyance and distribution, including pump stations and storage facilities Wastewater conveyance and collection, including lift stations and force mains Pipeline inspection and rehabilitation Water, Wastewater, Reuse master planning Water, Wastewater, Reuse treatment facilities The successful candidate must be proficient in: Team Leadership: develop, mentor, and oversee a motivated team Project Management: prepare scope-of-work, lead project execution within scope, budget, and schedule Water/Wastewater: deliver planning, design, bidding, and construction administration of water and wastewater projects Business Development: develop and maintain client relationships across Oklahoma Client Service Management: maintain a network of clients throughout Oklahoma This role leverages Garver’s established Kansas Water Services Team and industry experts to support business growth. Mentorship from leadership will enable the Facilities Team Leader to impact Garver’s legacy of excellent water and wastewater engineering services in Kansas. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering from an ABET-accredited program Licensed Professional Engineer in Kansas or ability to reciprocity within 6 months 5+ years’ experience in water/wastewater utilities Preferred Skills: Passion for client service and the water industry Strong work ethic and communication skills Master’s Degree in civil or environmental engineering (preferred) Experience with technical presentations on water/wastewater topics (preferred) Garver offers professional development programs, competitive salaries, benefits, and a focus on work-life balance.
