Ensuring high-quality products are fresh, ready, and available in the café

What you'll do
Be a Team Member: Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborates with cross-functional teams and educates other associates on tools, tasks and resources; communicates effectively with team members; and is flexible to the needs of the business to work in other areas.
Be an Expert: Prepares food according to item specifications; understands future productions and mass productions; plans for seasonality; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment; understands product and layout execution.
Be a Techie: Uses digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and engage associates; uses handheld technology for production decisions, ordering merchandise, receiving orders, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them.
Be an Owner: Drives area performance; stocks and rotates merchandise; maintains quality and date control; reduces waste; offers member service by acknowledging needs and assisting with purchasing decisions; handles payment types; locates merchandise; resolves member issues and concerns.
Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocates the brand; develops and inspires others to work in a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented style; helps identify roadblocks and supports training.
Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; uses Open Door Policy; applies these in business processes and practices.
