Transform yourself and take the responsibility for the role.
Building the sales pipeline by identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities (SQLs) through outbound prospecting.
Initiating the first contact with a prospect and qualifying their interest.
Owning the first point of contact with a potential customer as the intermediary between marketing and sales.
Holding intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone and email.
Scheduling discovery meetings for the Sales Department.
Driving and facilitating effective cross-functional teamwork with Marketing and Sales.
You are ready if you have...
At least 1 year of experience in Sales and/or Business Development Representative roles (experience in Logistics is a nice-to-have but not mandatory).
Fluent/Proficient level of English and German (a must-have). Any additional language would be a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and listening skills.
Critical thinking and analytical problem solving skills.
A self-starter personality with the desire to learn, grow, and excel in the role.
