Lead Customer Service Representative Your Responsibilities
Greet customers, operate the register, cashier, and make purchase suggestions. Work with our food program and gain entry-level management experience by leading shifts regularly. Help maintain store appearance and provide fast and friendly service. Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance. Collaborate with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks. You Are Good At
Selling products and providing excellent customer care Strong communication and friendly conversation Working at a quick pace while maintaining fun Teamwork to accomplish daily goals Problem-solving and offering proactive suggestions Leading a team of employees Entry-level supervision Great If You Have
Retail and customer service experience Entry-level management experience Sales associate or cashiering experience High School Diploma or equivalent Motivation to advance in your career Willingness to learn and have fun Physical Requirements
Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours Lift/carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead (up to 30 minutes) Occasionally lift/carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level Push/pull with arms up to 20 pounds Bend at the waist with some twisting (up to 1 hour per shift) Grasp, reach and manipulate objects; may require climbing a ladder Circle K is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
