The Senior Manager Strategic Projects & Innovation will lead the identification, development, and program management of strategic initiatives that drive Samsung’s US market share growth, customer acquisition/retention, and ecosystem monetization. Operating within the PMO organization, this role serves as a strategic partner and execution coordinator, working across Product Management, Marketing, CRM, Sales, Retail and across lines of business to uncover growth opportunities, build business cases, and drive flawless cross-functional execution. This role will be responsible for identifying gaps in the consumer experience journey and ecosystem strategy, facilitate development of solutions with functional partners, and manage end-to-end program delivery through cross-functional task force leadership. This is a unique and highly visible role within the Product Management organization with direct engagement with C-level executives. This role serves as a critical bridge between product launches and longer term business goals, ensuring Samsung’s go-to-market strategies translate into measurable competitive advantage and revenue growth. This position reports to the Sr. Director of PMO.**Role and Responsibilities*** Partner across functions to identify strategic gaps and opportunities in market share growth, customer acquisition/retention, and multi-device ecosystem adoption* Analyze customer journey data, market trend, and competitive intelligence to surface opportunities where Samsung can improve acquisition, reduce churn, or increase attach rates across the mobile ecosystem* Build comprehensive business cases for strategic initiatives, including ROI modelling, cross-functional requirements resource needs, success metrics, and executive recommendations* Facilitate cross-functional working sessions to design initiative frameworks, gaining alignment on objectives, ownership, and execution approach* Present opportunity assessments and recommendations to executive leadership for decision making and prioritization* Monitor Samsung subsidiaries globally to identify proven best practice in GTM; conduct feasibility assessments and adaptation planning to determine which global best practices have the highest potential to drive US market performance and work with cross functional teams assess, customize, and create adoption roadmap for global best practices* Maintain knowledge repositories and playbooks that enable teams to leverage proven global strategies – inspire local launch plan development w/ global best practice* Build relationships with global counterparts to facilitate ongoing knowledge exchange* Manage end-to-end program execution for strategic initiatives and task forces in partnership with cross functional owners* Develop integrated program plans across multiple functional teams, managing timelines, dependencies, milestone tracking, and cross team alignment* Facilitate task force meetings, drive decision making, remove blockers, and escalate risks to ensure on-time delivery* Establish program governance including status reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication cadences* Develop and track performance against initiative KPIs and provide executive visibility* Coordinate change management activities to ensure organizational readiness for new initiatives**Skills and Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in strategy consulting, program management, business operations or PMO with demonstrated ability to drive cross functional strategic initiatives* Proven track record identifying business opportunities, building business cases, and facilitating executive decision making* Proven experience with analytical frameworks (i.e. customer journey mapping, cohort analysis, impact/effort), and innovation frameworks (i.e. innovation scoring, stage-gate, 3 horizons)* Strong program/project management skills, with experience coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives across product, marketing, retail, and sales* Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA/CONFLUENCE)* Analytical capabilities to synthesize market data, customer insights, and business metrics into strategic opportunity assessments* Understanding of customer lifecycle concepts (acquisition, retention, lifetime value, ecosystem) with ability to identify strategic gaps – not required to be a CRM/marketing expert* Extensive experience in business strategy, analytics, OKR development and launch planning is strongly preferred* Prior experience in a technology environment preferred.* Experience working with multinational companies.* MBA or advanced degree in relevant field* Go-to-market experience: direct experience in channel strategy, pricing optimization, or competitive positioning* Experience managing 100+ person matrixed teams#LI-HM1Life @ Samsung -Benefits @ Samsung -\* Please visit
