Qualifications and Skills Commercial Project Management experience: 3-5+ years (Preferred) US work authorization (Required) Ability to be self-direct and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Strength/Experience in problem solving and conflict resolution Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills Experience with Microsoft Office products, Procore and Microsoft Project (Preferred) Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Occasional business travel required to visit job sites Understanding of project management principles & budget management We are rapidly growing! Our family-owned company, located in beautiful Brevard County, Florida, provides clients exceptional and top-tier construction services for the commercial construction industry. We have two offices located in both Orlando and Melbourne, FL. We are looking for a Project Manager that will oversee multiple renovation and new construction projects. Project Managers shall operate on a high level of management interfacing with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and management staff to ensure the highest level of quality, schedule, and profitability on all projects while focusing on an exceptional client experience. Project Manager Responsibilities Create and manage project budgets for all assigned projects Develop pre-construction RFP packages Conduct project meetings and set milestones while formulating owners’ reports Establish job processes (RFI's, Submittals, etc.) Perform project scheduling; ensure project quality control and establish overall project logistics Lead the project team in establishing expectations, providing information to subs, and maintaining quality and cost-effectiveness in the overview of all projects Comprehend construction drawings Manage the project closeout process Prepare weekly project updates Job Type : Full-time
