Customer Care Representative

to provide quality warranty service to homeowners in San Antonio, Texas. The role involves working with homeowners on warranty matters, ensuring a positive homebuying experience through timely resolution of service requests, and conducting inspections prior to home delivery. Key Responsibilities Conduct homeowner meetings to assess warranty requests Coordinate service appointments between homeowners and trade partners Manage service requests including entry, updates, and closing Perform quality inspections before home delivery Maintain customer satisfaction metrics Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Required: High school diploma or equivalent 3-5 years of residential construction experience Preferred: Experience in a service department 1-3 years of customer service experience Excellent benefits are offered, including medical/dental, 401(k), stock purchase discounts, and more.
