What You’ll Do

Perform detailed trade, position, and valuation reconciliation Provide assistance in trade capture for all products related to the firm’s Global Macro trading activity Field reconciliation-related inquiries from a variety of teams within the firm Daily P&L calculation and substantiation Support trade management activities, such as processing exercises and assignments, corporate actions, box transfers, currency conversions and life cycle events Research and design analytical tools to be integrated into daily procedures Adopt, integrate, and promote new technology as it becomes available Provide experienced direction and assistance to teammates across all product classes

You’ll Be Right At Home If You Have

2 to 5 years of experience in a detail-oriented role working at a hedge fund, prop trading shop, or investment bank, ideally in a front office or T-0 middle office function Experience with IRS, futures, futures options, equities, equity options, FX, bonds, swaps, cryptocurrencies or other financial derivatives or products Understanding of Interest Rate Risk (Duration/DV01) Familiarity with Markitwire, Tradeweb, BBG is beneficial Previous experience with Python or other coding languages. Basic understanding acceptable Comfort working with a variety of software and with technologists to identify firm needs Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, CS, or another quantitative field

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $95,000 to $130,000, depending on experience and qualifications. The role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
