Overview

Project planning: assist with authoring project plans and developing scope, schedule, and cost baselines. Project monitoring: manage delivery of all project aspects (scope, schedule, cost, risk, procurement, quality, resources, communications) and communicate contract requirements and changes to teams via an integrated change management process. Project closing: support project closure activities, archive project data, perform final quality assessments, and identify improvement opportunities, lessons learned, and risk avoidance for future work. Relationship development: build and maintain relationships with team members, customers, suppliers, in-country Westinghouse representation, and other partners to enable successful project completion. Continuous improvement: identify, assess, and implement improvement opportunities that add value to successful project execution. Qualifications
5+ years of project management or controls experience, or 4+ years plus 4+ years in a technical role in nuclear, technical, or construction industries. Experience on electrical or I&C projects is advantageous but not required. Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, Construction Management or related technical discipline. Focus on electrical and/or I&C is an advantage. Ability to transform data into information for visual reports; familiarity with databases and cross-functional processes (Finance, Legal, Quality, Supply Chain, etc.). Westinghouse Project Manager or Program Manager qualification, with motivation to pursue Program Manager qualification if not already completed. PMI Project/Program Management Professional certification or equivalent in progress is accepted; project controls certifications are a plus. Compensation and Benefits
