Overview Our store teammates are passionate about creating an exceptional shopping experience for customers through eagerness to help, high brand and execution standards, the ability to prioritize and efficiently execute operational processes.
Responsibilities
Greet everyone (teammates and customers) and proactively approach athletes to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
Ensure that all merchandise and product received at the store is processed according to established programs and procedures; maintain the backroom organized and accessible in partnership with the Freight Flow/Operations Lead.
Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards.
Assist with unloading trucks, processing freight, executing transfers, RTVS, claims, freight processing, etc.
Fulfill the company-defined customer experience by completing all processes according to service level standards.
Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures; maintain confidentiality of all Company information.
Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected.
Take an all‑hands‑on‑deck approach to support the team across the store.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications
Prior retail sales, operations, maintenance, or customer‑focused experience preferred.
Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).
Targeted Pay Range: $16.50 - $24.50. Starting rate of pay may vary based on location, experience and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. DICK'S Sporting Goods complies with all state paid leave requirements.
