The Policy Coordinator is responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing policies and community-engaged research that support environmental and climate justice goals. This role bridges policy advocacy, research, and community planning, with a strong focus on pollution prevention, budgeting, energy, transportation equity, land use, and community resilience. The ideal candidate will have a balance of technical policy knowledge, strong writing skills, research experience, and community-centered engagement.
Position Located: This is a hybrid in-person/remote position based in Washington State
This is a full-time position of 35 hours per week. Salary range is $67,175 to $104,390, however, we anticipate starting the position between $71,395 up to $85,711 (commensurate with experience and qualification).
