What You’ll Do A Go‑to‑Market (GTM) Manager at Wintrust plays a pivotal role in designing, executing, and optimizing our go‑to‑market strategies, with a strong focus on a specific line of business. They work cross‑functionally with teams across marketing, product, operations, sales, IT, and more to build scalable GTM processes and campaigns. This is the ideal role for a strategic marketer with strong executional and operational skills.
Strategy And Planning
Manage line of business marketing requests to interpret and clarify objectives, translate objectives into marketing tactics, and oversee execution from start to finish.
Proactively develop and launch GTM initiatives, including messaging, positioning, planning, and performance tracking.
Keep the customer at the center of everything we do. Serve as the voice of the customer and strive to optimize the client experience across channels and at every touchpoint.
Stakeholder Management
Develop close working relationships with key stakeholders and become the charter/group’s marketing expert to analyze objectives and provide marketing recommendations to meet goals.
Lead regular planning cadences, reviews, and checkpoints to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and resources.
Manage budget and provide timely and accurate estimates. Ensure all approved spend is accurately tracked and reported.
Create And Execute Integrated Marketing Plans
Prepare clear and concise strategic marketing briefs that outline measurable objectives, tactics, and messaging.
Develop and manage group‑specific marketing initiatives on a strategic annual basis that deliver on group goals and objectives.
Oversee the execution of these planned initiatives from start to finish and take personal accountability for the quality and timeliness of work.
Align work closely with the Senior LOB Marketing Strategist to extend enterprise marketing initiatives seamlessly into line of business marketing plans.
Analyze And Present Results With Recommended Optimizations
Partner with marketing analytics and strategist teams to report on campaign performance through the lens of local charter/group goals.
Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders and incorporate feedback into optimizations.
Qualifications
Preferred 6‑8 years in‑house marketing or agency experience. Financial industry experience is a plus.
Proven expertise in building and executing integrated, holistic marketing plans and identifying market opportunities.
Demonstrated experience of writing creative briefs and annual marketing plans.
Advanced knowledge of evaluating campaign reporting and testing/optimization processes.
Metrics‑driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.
Experience working in project management software (such as Workfront) is a plus.
Experience managing budgets, P&L, etc.

Compensation The estimated salary range for this role is $85,000 – $110,000 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience.
