Job Description Our USCIS Imaging Center is looking for Imaging Specialists to join our team. In this role, you will be part of a dedicated workforce in a global company that celebrates the skills you bring. You will perform image digitization, restoration, remediation, and reformatting in the digital studio space while following the policies and procedures established within the imaging center and in compliance with customer specifications. Your goal is to ensure all images and data receive the utmost quality, care, and professionalism during processing.
Responsibilities
Sorting, prepping, and scanning hard copy records, ensuring a quality image
Following production procedures and completing internal documentation and tracking
Indexing key data into multiple software applications
Printing document control sheets for all records
Adhering to Imaging Center guidelines to maintain a clean work environment
Performing other duties specified by your Supervisor/Manager
Qualifications
Minimum requirement of High School Diploma or equivalent
Familiarity with PC and related administrative products
Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and to focus on detail and accuracy
Ability to maintain a sustained pace to meet production rates while producing quality work
Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
Must be willing and able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance

Pay: $17.75/hr, eligible for SCA Pay of up to an additional $5.09/hr (if benefits are declined)
Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday through Friday, 3 PM to 11:30 PM
