Requirements Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during shift to maintain quality, service and cleanliness. Responsibilities include: planning each shift; monitoring performance; taking action to meet McDonald’s standards; monitoring safety, security and profitability; communicating with the next Shift Manager for a smooth hand‑over; and helping departments meet their goals.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. We are looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule, a passion for working in a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in a corporate owned restaurant.
Additional Info Along with competitive pay, a Shift Manager at a McDonald’s Corporate owned restaurant is eligible for:
15‑25 days paid vacation
10 paid holidays and 8‑week sabbatical every 10 years
