We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Loan Operations Analyst to join our team in Luxemburg, WI (this is not a remote position). This position plays a key role in supporting the loan operations department by maintaining data accuracy, creating reports, and assisting with process improvements that enhance efficiency across the organization.

What You’ll Do
Serve as a key resource for loan operations reporting, analysis, and process enhancement.
Create and maintain data reports to ensure accuracy and compliance within loan systems.
Support loan processing functions such as escrow analysis, payment posting, and system maintenance.
Collaborate with team members and vendors to streamline workflows and enhance system utilization.
Assist in training and supporting other team members on operational procedures and system updates.
What You’ll Bring
Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience) with three or more years of related financial industry or operational experience (preferred).
Strong computer proficiency, including Word and Excel; report writing experience is a plus.
Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
A collaborative mindset and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a focus on professionalism and integrity.
