Business Development Executive / High Ticket Closer
If you are a confident closer/business development whiz, and you want an opportunity to earn the right to live like a king or queen- but are willing to work insanely hard to get there- we need to talk...
We help short‑term rental owners increase profits and save time by managing their properties and/or coaching them to better business performance. You will close inbound leads from ads, cold calls, and organic online content. You also will spend time “boots on the ground”, building relationships with Realtor referral partners and homeowners, driving leads on your own and building your pipeline.
What you’ll do
Run 1‑call and multi‑call closes with homeowners and investors
Work leads fast (speed to contact and speed to first appointment)
Confirm, reconfirm, and BAMFAM—book a meeting from every meeting
Log every touch, follow the script, follow the CRM, follow the numbers
Sign homeowners to property management contracts, or coaching packages
What success looks like
Show rate >70%, close rate >25%, lead‑to‑close >15% (tracked and ranked)
Must have
12+ months high‑ticket closing experience
Objection handling and payment plan experience
CRM discipline and call recording
Experience working for a property management company not required, but a plus
Compensation
Recoverable draw against commission + uncapped commission (see below)
Comp: $2,000/month recoverable draw + 25% commission on first‑90‑days cash collected (avg commission $375/sale)
Accelerator: Hit ≥70% show rate and ≥25% close rate in a month and earn 33% for that month’s deals (avg commission $495/sale). We track and rank show rate, close rate, and lead‑to‑close weekly
SPIFF: $100 for same‑day closes on inbound
Paid on cleared funds only; clawbacks on refunds
