YOUR ROLE TowerPoint is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Project Manager to join the Asset Management team. This individual will be responsible for managing telecom projects end‑to‑end, including vendor coordination, customer communication, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will have a background in lease review, vendor oversight, and telecom project management, with the ability to read, interpret, and negotiate real estate leases.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Project Management:
Manage internal and external telecom‑related projects from initiation through completion.
Client Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for dedicated customers, overseeing project delivery and expectations.
Lease Interpretation:
Read and interpret telecom lease documents; enforce compliance and support negotiations.
Cross Collaboration:
Coordinate vendors and internal teams to ensure timely, in‑budget project execution.
Stakeholder Communication:
Lead regular status updates with leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Process Improvement:
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process enhancements to drive efficiency.
WHO YOU ARE
2–4 years of experience in telecom or commercial real estate industries
2+ years of Project Management experience
Strong understanding of lease agreements and legal/financial compliance
Ability to interpret engineering documents and telecom infrastructure standards
Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and external vendors
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree preferred
