Open Sky Community Services . This position is part of Adult Community Clinical Services, a Department of Mental Health funded service that delivers evidence‑based interventions to individuals with mental illness or dual diagnoses in their homes, apartments, or group living environments.
Salary: USD $22.64 per hour. The program is focused on helping people transition to more independent living while building community relationships and skill development. The team is multidisciplinary, including clinicians, substance use counselors, nurses, peer staff, housing counselors, outreach counselors, and direct care staff.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct support to individuals served, collaborating with Residential Counselors.
Supervise overnight staff and coordinate on-call rotations.
Assist with program scheduling, budgeting, and administrative tasks.
Complete required documentation, assist with group therapy, transportation, behavioral interventions, role modeling, and recreational activities.
Implement activities that facilitate the development of valued roles and personal relationships in the community.
Develop and implement all habilitation, whole‑life, and other service plans.
Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent – required.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record – required.
Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.
