Lead Customer Service Representative, Full or Part Time at Circle K. We are hiring for a Lead role in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Responsibilities
Greet customers, operate the register, cashier, and make purchase suggestions Work with the food program as needed Lead shifts on a regular basis to gain entry-level management experience Maintain high standards for store appearance and provide fast, friendly service Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance Work around the store (inside and out) in various areas to support store operations You Are Good At
Selling products to customers Providing excellent customer care Clear communication and friendly conversation Working at a quick pace while having fun Team collaboration to achieve daily goals Thinking quickly and offering solutions Leading a team of employees; entry-level supervision Great If You Have
Retail and customer service experience Entry-level management experience Sales associate or cashiering experience High School Diploma or equivalent Motivation to advance in your career Willingness to learn and have fun Physical Requirements
Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level Push/pull with arms up to 20 pounds Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift Hand/eye coordination for handling objects; may require climbing a ladder Benefits
