Seasons Psychotherapy Associates LLC
Licensed Clinician (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD) — Hybrid | Full-Time | Paid Health I
Seasons Psychotherapy Associates LLC, Florida, New York, United States
About the Role
Join a collaborative and compassionate mental‑health practice where you can focus on what matters most—your clients.
Seasons serves clients across three Broward County offices—in Fort Lauderdale, Coral Springs, and Davie.
Clinicians typically work from one primary office location, with hybrid telehealth flexibility.
As employees, Seasons clinicians enjoy the stability and support that make long‑term clinical work sustainable and rewarding. You’ll have the independence of private practice within a structured, collaborative environment—steady referrals, full administrative support, and a hybrid schedule combining in‑office and telehealth sessions.
This is a full‑time employment opportunity for clinicians who want to maintain an engaged caseload and grow within a supportive team. The role requires consistency and commitment over time—clinicians seeking supplemental or occasional work may find it isn’t the right fit.
We offer a salaried role with paid time off or session‑based pay with greater flexibility and earning potential. Either way, you’ll work with a strong clinical and administrative team dedicated to helping you provide exceptional care.
Compensation and Benefits This is a full‑time role with two ways to be paid, depending on your credentialing status and clinical readiness.
Clinicians who are already credentialed with Seasons’ payer networks and able to begin seeing clients immediately may be hired on a salaried basis, receiving predictable biweekly pay, paid time off, and the stability of a steady in‑office schedule from day one. Salaried clinicians receive up to 26 days of paid time off per year in addition to all federal holidays as paid days off.
Clinicians who are paid per session have the opportunity to earn more while keeping greater control over their schedules. This approach offers flexibility and rewards productivity, all within a supportive, collaborative environment. Once a consistent full‑time caseload is established, these clinicians may choose to transition into a salaried position if it better suits their goals.
Regardless of how you’re paid, Seasons clinicians who maintain a full‑time caseload become equally eligible for fully paid health, dental, vision, and group‑term life insurance—Seasons covers 100% of the employee premium. All employees may also participate in the 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
Responsibilities
Maintain a consistent outpatient caseload, providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and children through both in‑person and telehealth sessions.
Deliver thoughtful, evidence‑based care that reflects compassion, clinical skill, and professional accountability.
Complete documentation promptly and accurately in accordance with Seasons’ standards and payer requirements.
Participate actively in team meetings, peer consultation, and case collaboration to ensure continuity and quality of care.
Contribute to initiatives that improve client access, streamline care, and strengthen the practice.
Uphold Seasons’ commitment to integrity, reliability, and genuine care in every client interaction.
Requirements
Master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, marriage & family therapy, or social work from an accredited program
Active Florida license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or PsyD) in good standing
Demonstrated experience providing outpatient psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, or children
Commitment to maintaining a balanced caseload that includes both in‑person and telehealth sessions, based on client needs
Availability for at least two in‑office afternoon or evening shifts per week (typically 3–8 PM), when client demand is highest
Reliability, professionalism, and accountability in meeting clinical, documentation, and scheduling expectations
Strong written and verbal communication skills, clinical judgment, and ethical standards
Comfort using electronic health record and communication systems to support organized, compliant care delivery
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in outpatient, group‑practice, or community‑based mental health settings
Proven ability to maintain a consistent caseload in a structured, team‑based environment
Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect effectively with clients and colleagues
Fluency in another language—especially Spanish or Portuguese is highly desirable
Availability for additional afternoon, evening, or weekend hours to meet client demand
Interest in contributing to practice‑wide initiatives, quality improvement, or mentoring newer clinicians
Eligibility to serve as a Qualified Supervisor in Florida
Commitment to ongoing professional growth and maintaining the highest clinical and ethical standards
