$2,005.20/week + $2,500 completion bonus per contract (up to $7,500 after three contracts) Position Overview
ATC Healthcare is seeking an experienced
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN)
for a travel assignment in Fort Wayne, IN. This position offers competitive weekly pay, a lucrative completion bonus, and full benefits. The ICU nurse will provide high-level critical care to patients with life-threatening conditions while collaborating closely with the healthcare team. Responsibilities
Deliver direct patient care to critically ill or unstable patients in the ICU.
Monitor and interpret vital signs, ventilator settings, and lab results.
Administer medications, IV therapy, and life-saving interventions.
Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to develop patient care plans.
Provide emotional support and education to patients and families.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with hospital policies and standards.
Qualifications
Current
Registered Nurse (RN) license
in Indiana or compact state eligibility.
Minimum
1–2 years of recent ICU nursing experience
(travel nursing experience preferred).
Current certifications:
BLS and ACLS
required (PALS and CCRN preferred).
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Ability to remain composed in high-pressure and emergency situations.
