Work one week and have one week off (Tuesday to Tuesday). Salary is $38,522 per year and includes benefits.

At Residing Hope, we believe that children and families should be empowered to experience the transforming love of Christ through evidence-based care and holistic services. This is reflected in our work as we care for children in crisis, including those abused, abandoned or neglected.
We give love, hope, and a place to live to more than 500 children through group homes, foster care, an independent living program, and specialized therapy.

What You Need
High school diploma or GED required / degree preferred
Minimum age for this position is 21 years old
Minimum of one year experience working with children, either in work or volunteer
Be able to pass an extensive background screening process
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Ability to work with youth whose behaviors can reflect that of trauma related experiences
Must have strong communication skills including accurate and detailed writing abilities for case notes
Ability to work effectively with co-workers
Ability to set appropriate limits and boundaries
Ability to appropriately handle confidential issues
Must have the energy and flexibility to meet the changing needs of children/youth
Ability to handle multiple tasks and make sound decisions
Ability to handle emergencies and follow appropriate protocols
Ability to build trusting relationships with clients and effectively engage clients from diverse cultures
Must have sensitivity to the service population
