Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures in the Cath Lab. Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergencies during procedures. Participate in continuous professional development and training sessions. Contribute to achieving departmental targets and performance metrics. Collaborate with cardiologists and healthcare team for optimal patient care. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in the lab. Educate patients and families about procedures and post-care instructions. Adapt to evolving technologies and methodologies in cardiac care. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of lab equipment. Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the Cath Lab. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff members. Experience/Qualifications

Current RN license with specialization in cardiac catheterization. Minimum 2 years of experience in a Cath Lab setting. Proficiency in monitoring and interpreting patient vitals during procedures. Ability to collaborate effectively with cardiologists and healthcare teams. Strong understanding of safety and regulatory standards in healthcare. Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development. Experience in educating patients and families about cardiac procedures. Ability to adapt to new cardiac care technologies and methodologies. Proficiency in maintaining accurate and detailed patient records. Experience in mentoring and guiding junior staff members.
