Overview
This is a remote full time, hourly position. This position works within the 340B Team to support all functions of the Phoenix Children’s 340B Program and provides focused efforts on 340B activities for the Hemophilia Treatment Center (HTC). Duties include manual review of 340B claims, auditing 340B claims/activity data, data/financial analysis, month-end revenue and costs review, compliance projects, and virtual inventory management within the HTC 340B Program. This position reports to the Director of Pharmacy Business Operations, and works closely with Finance/Accounting teams, Phoenix Children’s Inpatient/Retail/Specialty pharmacies, and the HTC operations. Phoenix Children’s has a great work culture, and we are looking for an individual with an emphasis on cultural fit, ability to continually learn, and has a “builder” mindset to support the HTC 340B Program.

Responsibilities The Pharmacy 340B Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining all pharmacy systems related to the 340B Program and ensures compliance with 340B regulatory requirements. This position leads the 340B internal and external auditing program, 340B split-billing system operations and maintenance, and monitors 340B key performance indicators. This position reports directly to the Manager, Pharmacy Business Services for hiring, termination and evaluation, and is accountable to the Chief of Pharmacy Services for compliance and operations. This position has no direct reports.
Qualifications Education
High School Diploma or equivalent. (Required)
Associates Degree or higher in Business, Health Administration, or other related field. (Preferred)
Experience
Minimum of one (1) year of general business or analyst work experience in a related environment or equivalent. (Required)
Pharmacy Technician or previous pharmacy experience. (Preferred)
340B experience, knowledge, or equivalent related health care exposure. (Preferred)
Pharmaceutical supply chain, pharmacy operations experience, or equivalent. (Preferred)
Auditing experience. (Preferred)
Certifications
Apexus Advanced 340B Operations Certificate holder. (Preferred)
Special Skills
Proficient with data and document programs (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel or Access and/or Pivot Tables experience). (Required)
