Overview
Pennsylvania Counseling Services (PCS) is looking for a
Mobile Therapist/Behavioral Consultant (MT/BC)
to provide
in-home and school-based behavioral health services
for children with
mental health challenges .
Requirements
Must have
one
of the following:
Masters degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Education
and
a minimum of 1 year full time experience providing mental health direct services to children, youth or young adults
OR
completed a clinical or mental health practicum
Master's degree in ABA and
a minimum of 1 year full time experience providing mental health direct services to children, youth or young adults
OR
completed a clinical or
Pennsylvania State Police Criminal History Check
Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance
FBI Criminal Background Check completed through the Department of Human Services
Valid Driver's License and car insurance
Must have
one
of the following:
80 hours in a pay period
FREE Licensure supervision or BCBA supervision may be pursued for qualified therapists
MONTHLY supervision is provided for your cases
Student loan pay down program that does not require you to pay PCS back if you leave
Company paid health insurance OR waiver pay of $100 per paycheck if you are enrolled in health insurance elsewhere
Dental, vision and disability insurance also available
401K option with employer match available after 1 full year of employment

Assistance is applying for your BSL Certificate

What You’ll Do
Lead an
Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) team
to support children and families.
Use
Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA)
principles to guide
clinical interventions .
Collaborate with
families, school staff, and professionals
to ensure treatment success.
Responsibilities
As a Behavioral Consultant (BC):
Work with children diagnosed with
autism and other behavioral challenges .
Develop
treatment plans
and
functional skill-building strategies .
Equip families with
tools and techniques
for ongoing support.
As a Mobile Therapist (MT):
Provide
one-on-one therapy
for children needing
behavioral interventions .
Create
customized treatment plans
and work directly with families.
Supervise
Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) .
