Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Dallas–Fort Worth, TX Outpatient Orthopedics | Choose Your Home Clinic (No Float/Travel) Clinic Locations – Select One Home Base Vista Physical Therapy is hiring
full-time PTAs for permanent, clinic-based roles
across the DFW metro area.
This is not a float or travel position
— you’ll work at a
single designated clinic
based on your location and preference. During the hiring process, we’ll work with you to place you at the clinic that best matches your needs and commute. Salary & Incentives Hourly Pay:
Competitive, based on experience Monthly incentive bonus:
Up to $2,500/month (up to $32,500/year) Total compensation potential:
$90,000+ annually depending on hours, experience, and performance What We Offer $1,500 annual

outpatient orthopedic care . Our approach emphasizes: Functional rehabilitation Manual therapy Individualized treatment planning Patient education and active engagement Whether you're a new graduate or a seasoned PTA, Vista offers mentorship, collaboration, and a strong support network across our locally rooted clinics. Responsibilities Deliver physical therapy treatments under PT supervision Implement and progress individualized treatment plans Provide hands-on care, therapeutic exercise, and appropriate modalities Document patient care accurately using EMR Educate patients and families on home programs Work collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure optimal outcomes Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Current Texas PTA license (or eligibility) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Outpatient ortho experience preferred but not required New grads welcome and encouraged to apply!
