Responsibilities:
Every nurse plays an instrumental role in enriching the lives of residents by providing compassionate, detail-oriented care. Responsibilities include administering medication, conducting assessments, and engaging in meaningful interactions to embody person-centered care.
Provide exceptional nursing care to ensure residents' physical and emotional well-being.
Administer medications, wound care, and monitor vital signs.
Utilize clinical knowledge to assess and monitor residents' health, especially those with acute needs.
Conduct thorough health assessments, document changes, and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
Assist residents with daily tasks, fostering independence and providing support.
Contribute to developing and implementing individualized care plans based on residents' needs.
Requirements:
Valid LPN license in Indiana
Ability to conduct assessments and document resident conditions accurately
Passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
