$40 - $45 (hourly estimate)
Job Description We are looking for a dedicated and licensed healthcare professional (RN, LPN, or RRT) to join our home health team. This role involves delivering high‑quality respiratory care directly in patients’ homes, ensuring proper equipment setup, patient education, and ongoing support.
Set up and install home respiratory equipment including CPAPs, BiPAPs, and ventilators
Fit and adjust equipment to meet individual patient needs
Educate patients and caregivers on equipment usage, maintenance, and hygiene best practices
Conduct routine monitoring and follow‑up visits to ensure equipment functionality and patient compliance
Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and equipment status

Required Skills & Experience
Must-Haves: licensed/registered (RN, LPN, RRT,)
BLS or ACLS
Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
Can pass a background check and Drug test
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
