Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM Requirements:

The
Physical Therapist (PT)
is responsible for the evaluation, treatment, and management of patients in the inpatient and acute care settings. This includes developing individualized plans of care, implementing therapeutic interventions, educating patients and families, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary care team to ensure the best outcomes. Typical caseload includes
geriatric, neurological, stroke, and amputation patients. Education
Required:
Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) Certifications
Required:
AHA or Red Cross
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Certification Licenses
Required: Active
Alabama Physical Therapist License
in good standing Must maintain active status with state board or licensing agency Preferred:
Dual licensure in
Occupational Therapy (OT)
or
Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) Experience
Required:
Minimum of
2 years of experience Will Consider:
18 months of experience if working under top-level professional supervision and at least
