In this position you will have the ability to have a widespread impact in creating and implementing mental health programming for employees in small and large groups, while maintaining 1:1 patient services.**As a Mental Health Professional, a typical day might include the following:*** Provide quality care for patients with mental and behavioral conditions; Collaborate with other clinicians to determine best care options and educate patients and family members about their mental health condition.* Monitor patient progress, facilitate recovery through counseling. Coordinate and reconcile travel arrangements.* Create a safe, supportive and friendly environment for patients.* Document process, and maintain medical records and reporting in a responsible, timely, and confidential way.* Create, implement, and facilitate mental health programming for employees in small and large groups.**This job might be for you if:*** You possess a Master’s or doctoral degree in mental health counseling in behavioral science or field relating to mental health counseling.* You are a Licensed Mental Health Professional in good standing with the State of Washington and/or Idaho (with ability to have licensing in both states upon hire).* You have completed a minimum of 36 months of full-time counseling or 3,000 hours of postgraduate mental health counseling under the supervision of an approved licensed mental health counselor or equally qualified licensed mental health practitioner in an approved setting.* You have 2+ years’ of clinical experience as a Mental Health Professional* You have a current BLS certification**Location:****Pullman, WA**- This position is located in Pullman, WA.
