Seeking an experienced
Labor & Delivery RN
for a 13-week travel assignment in
Carlsbad, NM . The ideal candidate will be skilled in all aspects of
Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP)
care, providing safe and compassionate support for mothers and newborns through every stage of childbirth.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care during labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum stages
Monitor fetal and maternal conditions using advanced monitoring systems
Assist physicians with deliveries and neonatal resuscitation as needed
Administer medications, IV fluids, and manage epidurals and inductions
Educate and support mothers and families throughout the childbirth process
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility standards
Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum 2 years recent L&D experience required
Liciensure:
Active NM RN license or Compact License
Certifications:
ACLS (AHA or ARC)
BLS (AHA or ARC)
NRP
Shift:
Nights | 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
Schedule:
3x12-hour shifts per week
