Provide high-quality telemetry nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment. Monitor and interpret telemetry data to assess patient conditions. Respond promptly to patient needs and changes in condition. Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities. Utilize performance metrics to evaluate and improve nursing practices. Educate patients and families on health management and care procedures. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities. Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork and communication. Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures at all times. Engage in regular team meetings to discuss patient care and outcomes. Assist in the orientation and training of new nursing staff. Experience/Qualifications

Valid RN license in New Hampshire with telemetry nursing experience. Strong ability to monitor and interpret telemetry data effectively. Experience in fast-paced healthcare environments with critical thinking skills. Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Proficient in maintaining accurate and timely patient documentation. Knowledge of safety protocols and infection control measures. Strong communication skills to educate patients and families effectively.
