Overview
The Baptist Health Registered Nurse provides planning, organizing, and administering care within the scope of training and expertise, collaborating with other disciplines to ensure effective patient care and desired outcomes. This aligns with hospital objectives and policies and the Nurse Practice Act of the state of Arkansas. Responsibilities
Assist surgeons and other healthcare professionals during Cath lab and/or IVR procedures. Work outside the sterile field to maintain a clean and sterile environment. Administer medications and manage surgical counts. Prepare for operations/procedures, document surgery/procedure details, monitor perioperative staff, instruments, and equipment, and handle delivery of surgical specimens. Qualifications
Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Arkansas as required by the Arkansas State Board of Nursing. Current CPR certification. This job will be authorized for 80.0 hours bi-weekly. Connect With Us
