Job Overview SL Custom Construction LLC is hiring a skilled and motivated Residential Electrician to join our Field Operations team. In this role, you’ll install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems for residential remodels and construction projects. We are looking for an independent professional who can take ownership of their work, collaborate effectively with clients and team members, and confidently diagnose and resolve electrical issues.

Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair residential electrical systems including outlets, switches, wiring, panels, and lighting
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues safely and efficiently
Read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams
Ensure all electrical work meets applicable codes and safety regulations
Work independently or as part of a team on various residential remodel projects
Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Maintain clean, safe, and organized work sites
Use power tools, testing meters, and hand tools properly and safely
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of residential electrical experience
Proficient in diagnosing, repairing, and installing electrical systems in residential settings
Ability to work independently without supervision
Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude
Familiarity with local electrical codes and safety procedures
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Physical ability to lift materials and work in attics, crawlspaces, and tight areas
