Pay Range $35-$40 per hour Key Responsibilities: Support the Superintendent with day-to-day project supervision Coordinate with subcontractors, foremen, and inspectors to maintain project flow Monitor field productivity, safety, and quality Assist with scheduling, material deliveries, and work sequencing Ensure work complies with project plans, specs, and safety regulations Help resolve on-site issues and keep progress on track Requirements: Field experience in heavy civil or utility construction Previous experience working on water/wastewater treatment plants preferred Strong understanding of site work, piping systems, concrete, and mechanical installations Ability to read blueprints and construction schedules Strong organizational and communication skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Benefits: Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Time Off PTO 401k Safety bucks program!
