team. Job Description

As an

Electrical Service Technician , you will perform terminal and electrical service, equipment and system repair, maintenance, testing, and installation tasks across various facilities. You will troubleshoot and repair or replace wiring circuits for lighting and lighting/system controls, computerized motor controls, programmable controllers, and other related electrical equipment. You will also identify and acquire parts for replacement and maintenance, following established procurement procedures. The ideal candidate will be prompt, dependable, and committed to maintaining the standards of quality and service set by Facility Solutions Group. Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in electrical circuits, systems, and equipment. Prepare sketches indicating the location of wiring and equipment or follow diagrams or blueprints, ensuring concealed wiring is installed before finishing walls, ceilings, and flooring. Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures based on job specifications. Design new or modified installations to minimize material waste, facilitate future maintenance, and ensure safety and aesthetic standards, complying with safety codes and local electrical codes. Test electrical systems or circuit continuity using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, or oscilloscopes to ensure system safety and compatibility. Work from ladders, scaffolds, or roofs to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures. Perform physically demanding tasks while applying knowledge of tools and equipment throughout the service process. Understand and conform to government and local regulations, ordinances, and safety guidelines. Pay Range

USD $30.00 - USD $35.00 per hour
