Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Provide technical support and troubleshooting for cement process systems and equipment.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize plant performance and reliability.* Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process issues.* Support capital projects through technical input and commissioning assistance.* Develop and deliver training and documentation for operational best practices.**What Are We Looking For*** Strong understanding of cement and concrete manufacturing processes and related technologies.* Demonstrated ability to analyze data and solve complex technical problems.* Effective communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.* Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.* Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.**Work Environment**
This role involves a mix of office and field work, including travel to plant sites.
