Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers of Ohio (DTAC), formerly known as Hittle House, is a leading provider of specialized mental health residential treatment programs for children and adolescents. We serve male youth ages 8-18 with complex mental health and behavioral challenges, including histories of trauma and problematic sexual behaviors. Our programs are grounded in evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as CBT and TFCBT, supervised by licensed and nationally certified mental health professionals. We prioritize safety, resilience, emotional regulation, family engagement, and community reintegration. Licensed by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services and certified by the Ohio Department of Youth Services, DTAC of Ohio maintains the highest standards of clinical excellence.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Social Worker located in the Columbus, Ohio Metropolitan Area. The Licensed Social Worker will be responsible for conducting individual and group therapy sessions, creating individualized care plans, and providing trauma-informed therapeutic interventions. The role also involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, participating in family engagement activities, and ensuring compliance with treatment protocols. The Licensed Social Worker will document progress notes, maintain case records, and participate in case reviews and treatment planning meetings.
Qualifications
Experience in individual and group therapy, including CBT and TFCBT
Skills in creating and implementing individualized care plans
Expertise in trauma-informed care and therapeutic interventions
Strong collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
Excellent documentation and case management abilities
Ohio Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW)
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or a related field
Experience working with youth in residential treatment settings is a plus
