Northridge Hospital Medical Center
is seeking a dedicated and compassionate
Physical Therapist
to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a
Physical Therapist , you will play a vital role in helping patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve their quality of life.
Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients' physical conditions.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to patients.
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for continued improvement.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient care.
Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in physical therapy.
Job Requirements
Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy holding a Baccalaureate Degree or higher.
Current California Physical Therapy licensure (PTL).
Recent graduates who are board‑eligible will be considered for provisional appointments.
Current CPR (AHA BLS).
Fire Safety card required (must be obtained within 90 days of start).
Training
Academic curriculum includes coursework on growth and development, gerontology, adults, and geriatric populations.
Applicants must present documentation of continuing education; annual appraisal required to demonstrate participation.
Therapists will apply for and obtain CCS paneling annually, including pediatric experience.

The hospital offers a full complement of award‑winning services, including the Leavey Cancer Center, cardiovascular center, stroke center, and the only pediatric trauma center in the San Fernando Valley.
Pay Range $47.31 – $70.38 per hour
