Senior Market Recruitment Specialist at CPS Inc. Key Responsibilities

Documentation & Quality Management.

Maintain up‑to‑date Safety Data Sheets (SDS), Technical Data Sheets (TDS), and Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for all products.

Ensure proper version control and accessibility of all technical documents.

Support compliance with internal quality assurance procedures and customer documentation requests.

Sample Preparation & Shipping.

Prepare chemical samples according to defined protocols and quality standards.

Package and ship product samples to customers safely and in compliance with regulations.

Maintain accurate records of sample requests, preparation, and shipment.

Research & Development Support.

Perform laboratory tasks to support product development and performance testing.

Conduct experiments under supervision, record data, and assist in compiling reports.

Collaborate with Senior Technical Specialists to improve formulation and evaluate product properties.

Collaboration & Reporting

Communicate effectively with the Technical and Operations teams to ensure smooth coordination between laboratory and logistics functions.

Report project progress, sample tracking, and documentation updates to the Director of Operations.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Technical Department.

Benefits Package consists of medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off and vacation, long‑term disability insurance and retirement plan.

Base Pay $48,000 per year – $58,000 per year.
