Job Description
EchoPark Automotive is looking to hire an Automotive Reconditioning Manager at our dealership in Duluth, GA. The Recon Manager is responsible for delivering an outstanding employment experience, coaching, assisting, and supporting reconditioning teammatesto perform their tasks to the best of their abilities. OurRecon Coach'spriority is to help their teams deliver vehicles reconditioned within our quality and time standards. Our business model requires a complete accounting of the internal and sublet repairs performed on the vehicles, so proper RO management is a must. To build the brand, the Recon Coachchampions our business model and embodies the vision to be among the greatest retailers in the country. To manage the business, the Recon Coachis accountable for achieving the desired targets for volume, quality, and time standards, guest satisfaction, profitability, market share, and brand identity. What You Will Do: Monitor daily productivity reports and corresponding payroll records Take ownership of high-quality reconditioning standards that minimize comebacks. Conduct periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality Coordinate the reconditioning phase of the overall used vehicle supply chain with the buyer team and retail team Manage sublet work relationships, holding vendors accountable for on-time delivery at negotiated rates Understand, keep abreast of, and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect service operations, such as hazardous waste disposal and OSHA's right-to-know Forecast goals and objectives for the department/individuals, and strive to meet them as a team leader Make sure each member of your team achieves their annual training and development goals Keep an open mind about how we can constantly innovate Have fun and celebrate with your team when they achieve their goals What We're Looking For: Automotive industry experience Have a general knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations Strong computer knowledge including spreadsheets, word processing, dataentry, inventory systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks and follow up consistently Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to take ownership of the details – large and small Decision-making that demonstrates good judgment What We Offer: Salary of $110k per year and up based on experience Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401K with company match Paid time off Access to leadership and personal development programs Casual dress code You can read more about our organization and our exciting growth at www.echopark.com.
