manufacturing site.

How You’ll Make an Impact
Lead the design and development of high-voltage transformer components.
Create and validate 3D models, drawings, and technical documentation.
Conduct feasibility studies and performance simulations for new products.
Coordinate prototyping and testing to verify new technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, production, and sales.
Share R&D insights with global teams and support standardization efforts.
Stay ahead of industry trends, standards, and customer needs.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Master’s/PhD preferred).
2–5 years of experience in product development or mechanical design.
Proficient in CAD tools (Creo preferred); experience with simulation tools is a plus.
Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
Permanent work authorization in the U.S.
Willingness to travel up to 25% to Alamo, TN if not local.
